Admission Counsellor

Study Bridge International is looking for a confident, motivated, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team in Madlauda. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding their educational goals, explaining suitable study abroad options, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, study abroad counselling, sales, or education services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of international education and study abroad destinations is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Positive, professional, and student-friendly attitude.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad programs, courses, universities, and admission opportunities.
• Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, tuition fees, intakes, and admission requirements.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their profile.
• Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications/admissions.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams regarding application status and student requirements.
• Maintain updated records of student enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
• Stay updated with university programs, admission requirements, intakes, and changes in the overseas education sector.
