Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Support the Sales Manager in managing daily sales operations and team performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems and other sales tools
