Job Description

Study Bridge International is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and documentation activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, documents, student records, and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in back office, administration, data entry, documentation, or office coordination is preferred.
  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.
  • Good typing and data-entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and professional approach.
  • Basic knowledge of the overseas education/admission process is an advantage.
  • Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain student records, applications, and documentation.
  • Enter, update, and organize data accurately in computer systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist the counselling and admissions teams with application-related tasks.
  • Check documents for completeness and maintain proper records.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other office documents.
  • Coordinate with students and internal teams for pending documents and information.
  • Follow up on application/documentation requirements when required.
  • Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.
  • Update student application status and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle basic email communication and office correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling, data collection, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling student information.
  • Support the branch team with other day-to-day office activities as required.
