Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and be able to manage a fast-paced cafe environment efficiently.

• 2–5 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage management.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of cafe operations and food & beverage service.
• Experience with POS/billing systems and cash handling.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

• Manage and oversee the cafe’s daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate cafe staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift allocations.

• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.

• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with cafe policies and food safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational and sales reports.
