Role Purpose:

To acquire new credit card customers through branch walk-ins, customer referrals, and lead generation activities. The role involves promoting credit card products, explaining benefits, sourcing applications, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive credit card acquisition through branch channels and customer interactions.
• Identify sales opportunities from existing bank customers and walk-in prospects.
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Generate and convert leads into successful credit card bookings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Build strong relationships with branch staff to generate referrals and business leads.
• Meet monthly acquisition, activation, and productivity targets.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimal rejections and policy deviations.
• Keep updated on product features, competitor offerings, and ongoing campaigns.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, or retail sales.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and persuasion ability.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
