Job Description

Strategic Audit Leadership: Formulate, direct, and oversee the execution of the annual risk-based operational audit plan.
Controls & Governance: Own the internal controls environment (ICFR, ITGC, SAP ERP) and lead risk assessments for new IT implementations.
Joint ERM: Co-lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in partnership with Legal.
Forensic Investigations: Direct forensic audit strategies and support whistleblower and ethics investigations.

Relevant experience and qualifications for the Director of Internal Audit role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Gurugram, India
Alignment with Whirlpool India's values and work culture
Valid work authorisation for Gurugram, India
