F&B Service Associate

Hotel Sapphire is looking for a friendly and service-oriented F&B Service Associate to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining dining areas, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Polite, presentable, and well-mannered.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers can also apply.

• Greet guests and provide courteous and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist guests with menu selections and basic queries.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and service concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Follow hotel service, hygiene, and safety standards.
