Job Description

Tayal Publicity is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, understanding client requirements, and delivering high-quality creative work within deadlines.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of print design and digital design.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand client requirements and work independently.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
Design artwork for both digital and print campaigns.
Understand client requirements and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Prepare print-ready artwork according to required specifications.
Work on branding materials, marketing creatives, and promotional campaigns.
Make design revisions based on client or team feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and production teams.
Maintain consistency in branding, layouts, fonts, and visual identity.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative techniques.
Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, images, colors, and final artwork before production.
