Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate salary negotiations.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other HR documents.
Complete joining formalities and maintain employee documentation.
Collect and verify employee KYC, educational, and other required documents.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Coordinate with candidates regarding document submission and joining formalities.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of recruitment-related paperwork.
Maintain confidentiality and proper records of employee and candidate information.
