Position

Technical Trainee / Junior Technician

Eligibility

• ITI or Diploma candidates are eligible.
• 2026 Pass-Out candidates only.
• Branch/Trade: Electrical & Mechanical
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Delhi NCR.
• Only candidates from Delhi, Noida or Gurugram will be considered.
• Candidates who are currently located outside Delhi NCR will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians and engineers in daily technical activities.
• Support installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Perform basic inspection and preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain basic technical records and reports.
• Learn and handle technical equipment under supervision.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical concepts.
• Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a technical environment.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Candidates should be ready for on-site/field technical work, if required.

ITI / Diploma – Electrical or Mechanical
Pass-Out Year: 2026

Experience

Fresher – No experience required
