We are looking for an experienced and energetic Local Marketing Staff member to promote our products/services and increase customer reach within the local market.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in local marketing, field sales, or business development preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local market and nearby areas.
Ability to travel within the assigned area.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Visit local markets, shops, offices, and potential customer locations.
Promote company products/services and generate leads.
Build and maintain good relationships with local customers and businesses.
Conduct local promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Follow up with leads and support the sales team in converting them into customers.
Collect market feedback and information about competitors.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
Maintain regular reports of visits, leads, and customer interactions.
