Assist in planning and executing branch-level marketing activities, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate the design, development, and distribution of marketing collaterals, including brochures, standees, banners, and other promotional materials.
Support digital marketing activities, social media campaigns, and content creation to promote housing finance products and services.
Coordinate with branch teams, sales teams, and external vendors for marketing requirements, campaign execution, and branding activities.
Maintain marketing reports, track campaign performance, monitor branding requirements, and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Requirements
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand management, promotional activities, and campaign execution.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and marketing communication.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other basic marketing tools for reporting and creative coordination.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn.
