Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven understanding of both traditional and digital marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing tools.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, email, and promotional activities.
• Generate quality leads and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent marketing communication.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation and conversion strategies.
• Organize promotional events, seminars, and other marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management for future strategies
