Security Guard

Hotel JK Residency is looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, property, and hotel premises. The candidate will monitor entry and exit points, conduct regular security checks, assist guests when required, and respond appropriately to security or emergency situations.

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Polite and professional behaviour with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of fire and emergency safety procedures preferred.

• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, parking areas, and common areas.
• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized entry into the premises.
• Verify visitors, vendors, and service personnel as required.
• Conduct regular rounds and security checks of the hotel property.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain records of visitors, incidents, and security-related activities.
• Assist guests with directions and basic support when required.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies according to hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when necessary.
• Ensure hotel property and equipment are protected from theft or damage.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and emergency protocols.
