Social Media Executive

Tayal Publicity is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning social media content, creating engaging posts and videos, managing online communities, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

• Graduate or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar software.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and basic video-shooting skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with strong social media skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, short videos, and promotional content.
• Write creative captions, copy, and basic video scripts.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Promote Tayal Publicity’s advertising, printing, branding, and promotional services through social media.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and sales teams to develop marketing creatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, popular content formats, and platform updates.
• Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer enquiries professionally.
• Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare basic social media performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and generate customer enquiries.
• Cover office activities, client projects, events, and promotional campaigns through photos and videos.
