 SMM ManagerWe are searching for a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager (SMM) to lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement. As an SMM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a clear and effective social media strategy that aligns with the companys marketing objectives.

• Define target audiences and create content plans to reach and engage them.

• Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce visually appealing and compelling content.

• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and messaging.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record in managing and optimizing social media accounts and campaigns.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for each.

• Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, graphic design, and video production.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across functions.

• Continuous learning mindset to stay current with evolving social media trends and technologies.

• Perform core duties associated with the Social Media Marketing position at RGB Webtech
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve departmental goals
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment in India
