Job Requirments

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, and networking basics.

• Experience using remote support tools, helpdesk ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.

• Competence in creating well-structured documentation, manuals, and training content in English.

• Willingness to conduct training sessions (online/offline) in English across different user skill levels.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client site visits, training, or support needs.

• Relevant experience and qualifications for the Software Service Engineer role
