A Waiter is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to restaurant customers. The role includes welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, serving dishes, answering customer questions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

• Welcome and seat customers politely.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Check on customers during their meal and respond to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables.
• Clear and reset tables after customers leave.
• Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy hours.
