Store manager

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of inventory and sales management, and the ability to lead a team while delivering excellent customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in retail/store management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and sales management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.
• Ensure proper display, pricing, and presentation of products.
• Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock receiving and replenishment.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance.
