Job Description

Diagnostics: Run tests using computerized equipment to find engine, transmission, or electrical problems.
Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid checks, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
Repairs: Fix or replace broken, worn, or faulty parts.
Customer Service: Explain vehicle issues, provide cost estimates, and answer questions.
Record Keeping: Maintain logs of services performed, hours worked, and parts used.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic vehicle systems.
Tool Proficiency: Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic scanners.
Physical Stamina: Strength to lift heavy parts and stand or work in tight spaces for long periods.
Communication: Clear verbal skills to explain technical issues to customers.
