Technicians

Looking for skilled Technicians, including Electricians, Fitters, Plumbers, and D.G. Operators to join our team at Sunrise Estate Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.

Roles and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
