Telecaller

Tayal Publicity is looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our advertising and publicity services, generating enquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain Tayal Publicity’s advertising, branding, printing, and promotional services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams regarding customer requirements.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and identify potential business opportunities.
