Waiter / Steward

Hotel JK Residency is looking for a Waiter to provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to hotel guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Polite, presentable, and well-mannered.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.

• Greet guests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.
• Set up and clear dining tables before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic service-related concerns politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Follow hotel food safety and service standards.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
