Winder (Textile)

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Winder (Textile) at RIVIERA HOME FURNISHINGS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile winding and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain textile winding machines for optimal production.

• Monitor and control the quality of wound textiles to meet company standards.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve issues.

• Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Conduct regular machine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Strong knowledge of textile winding principles and practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

• Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.

• Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes and equipment.
