Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Immigration to manage the overall branch operations, lead the counselling and sales team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent client service. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes along with proven experience in team management and sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
3–5+ years of experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Overseas Education, or a related industry.
Previous experience in branch management, team leadership, or sales management preferred.
Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to manage a target-driven team and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of counsellors, sales executives, telecallers, and processing staff.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Handle important client consultations and support the team in converting leads into clients.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, and branch performance.
Ensure clients receive accurate and professional guidance regarding immigration and visa programs.
Coordinate with counselling, documentation, processing, and marketing teams.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Develop strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and branch growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports for management.
Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, professionalism, and customer service.
