Event Manager

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute successful events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in event management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good budgeting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Plan, organize, and execute events, conferences, workshops, seminars, and corporate activities.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, transportation, catering, and guest arrangements.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
• Coordinate event promotions, registrations, invitations, and attendee communication.
• Manage on-site event operations and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure events are conducted smoothly and provide a positive experience for attendees.
